To summarize, we DO NOT and WILL NEVER collect your personal information (name, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other personal information) for any reason except to complete your transaction. We will also NEVER provide said information to any group, third party or business of any kind, for any reason whatsoever.

Email Addresses: When you submit your email address, we do not sell it or exchange it with any group, third party or business. TSCS will use your email address to contact you to clarify your order, and after your transaction is complete we may send you future promotional emails.
However; we will honour your request to remove you from our email list at any time.
Phone Numbers: When you submit your phone number, we do not sell it or exchange it with any group, third party or business & it is only used to contact you to clarify your order. After your transaction is complete we will not contact you by phone for any reason except to notify you of any errors or other urgent matters specifically regarding your order.
Credit Card Numbers: We at TSCS outsource the “back-end” processing of transactions from PayPal. We therefore do not have access to any of your banking information.
PayPal is an online company that by 2002 had handled over 3 billion in credit card transactions and handles more than 4million transactions a month.
While TSCS cannot guarantee PayPal’s security measures, we believe that they use current and modern techniques to protect you from credit card fraud and other credit card-related issues.
TSCS will only invoice you for purchases that you have agreed to while shopping at TSCS (i.e. agreed price of the cookies, packaging, shipping & handling).
Depending upon your billing cycle and date of purchase, the transaction will appear on your next credit card statement, or the following one.
Online advertising: Although TSCS may periodically host advertising space on thesugarcookieshoppe.com we do not collect or share any personal information about our customers to these companies or any other company, entity, group or individual of any kind.
