Order Lead Time:
How much notice do we need? Although it depends on current work-loads, typically:
- 7 Days for orders up to and including 150 cookies
- two weeks for orders over 150 cookies
For your wedding favors please order 4 months in advance as we book up quickly!
In a Hurry? We will attempt to accommodate rush orders so please call us at (204) 995-9786.

Prices:
Price is based on size and details since every cookie design and time to create is unique.
Cost will therefore be verified at time of purchase.

Monogramming is an additional $0.25 per cookie

Payment Options:

Cash and
PayPal (PayPal allows you to use your debit card or credit card).

For Your Convenience and Security We Accept PayPal:
We will send you an invoice after we have agreed on the cost of your order.
With PayPal you are always in charge of your transaction.
We do not have access to your banking or credit card information therefore cannot charge your credit card!

Delivery or Pick-up:

This will be arranged during the order process.
Deliveries within Winnipeg are $12.00 per order.
We can also arrange mail or courier delivery at time of purchase.

We will typically be able to respond to you within one business day; therefore, if you do not hear back from us within 24 hours PLEASE call us at (204) 995-9786.

Packaging:
All cookies are individually wrapped in crystal clear, food grade cellophane bags.

A ribbon is tied to the bag to enhance presentation and to preserve freshness.

Your completed order is then put in a white bakery box.
